Our Learning Offer includes three unique weeks in the year to celebrate Easter, ‘Wesley Week’ in May and ‘Christmas with the Wesleys’ in November.

Places are limited so it advised to book early.

The Easter Story with the Wesleys

Celebrate the run up to Easter with a full day of activities offered in partnership with Wesley Memorial Church, including crafting, art activities and the meaning of the Easter Story at Wesley Memorial Church

A lunch space can be provided. Sessions are free.

Wesley Weeks

May 2026

This year your class can enjoy a full day of FREE activities celebrating Wesley Weeks each Tuesday and Thursday in May with activities themed around Literacy

Working in partnership with Epworth Library, your class can enjoy a morning or afternoon at Epworth Old Rectory, book time and a space for lunch and then a guided walk to Epworth Library to take part in a range of other exciting activities (or vice-versa). Sessions are free and more details are to follow. Contributions to transport costs could be available – enquire for details

Christmas with the Wesleys

November 2026

Celebrate the run up to Christmas at home with the Wesley Family with a full day of activities offered in partnership with Wesley Memorial Church, including crafting, an exploration of the words and music of traditional Christmas Carols and the meaning of the Christmas Story at Wesley Memorial Church

A lunch space can be provided. Sessions are free and more details are to follow.

Costs & Duration

Learning Weeks are ONCE AGAIN FREE  for 2026 

One free teacher admission for every 6 children – more by arrangement

Full-day workshops are from 10am to 2:30pm.

Half-day workshops are from 10am to 12pm.

We advise schools to arrive at 9:45 for a prompt 10am start.
