19th July
3.00pm - 5.00pmJoin us at the Old Rectory a special performance offering a modern take on the Mystery Plays, performed by A Certain Demographic. This is an open air performance in the grounds of the Old Rectory. Teas, coffees and cake will be available to purchase on the day. The performance will go ahead whatever the weather so please come prepared!

A Certain Demographic was founded in 2018 to give older actors the chance to play challenging and diverse roles though they do have some younger actors in our number. They have devised and performed Conchies, which told the story of a community of pacifists who came to Lincolnshire in World War 2, which went to the Edinburgh Fringe where it played to full houses and received excellent reviews. Their most recent production was a free adaptation of Milton’s Paradise Lost which toured Lincolnshire including the The Old Rectory in the summer of 2023. They are touring their new show Modern Mysteries in the Summer of 2025 and we are extremely pleased to be welcoming them back to the Old Rectory.
Performance is at 3pm
