Round straight edged plate. In the centre is a lithograph picture of John Wesley with a short poem underneath. Around the edge of the plate are 12 pictures, 11 of them in red edged circles and the remaining one depiction of John Wesley on a horse "I look upon the whole world as my parish" Clockwise from the top right the other scenes depict scenes from JW's life - The rescue of JW from the fire at EOR in 1709, The Holy Club at Oxford, the premises at Aldersgate London, The orphan house Newcastle-0n-Tyne, The "Simmonds" at Gravesend, The New Room at Horsefair, Bristol, Gwennap Pit near Redruth Cornwall, Laying the Foundation Stone of City Road Chapel London, Conference at City Road, Dr Thomas Coke ordaining Thomas Asbury and JW's last open-air sermon.
