A pre-printed table, with hand written names (societies) with 12 columns recording the numbers of Local preachers, New members, Removals, Deaths, Marriages, Backsliders, Conversions, Believers and Bands. On the reverse a newspaper style print with different font sizes with the title; "The Solemn Funeral Procession or the Rev. Mr. John Wesley". On the top a black and white image of a funeral procession. In front 4 single people on horseback, behind them a carriage drawn by 6 horses.
