Parian bust of John Wesley in the manner of Enoch Wood modelled from life in 1791 but wearing a classical gown. The back is solid. The hair is single roll on shoulder. The gown is classical and the bands come from the top of the cravat. The socle is square and stepped and attached to the bust with a wooden peg.
