Ivory bas-relief profile of John Wesley facing right in the manner of Henry Edridge (1769-1821) portrait (1790) reversed. The image is mounted on an oval black card. The frame is paper-mache and is an oblong shape with an oval aperture. The aperture has a gilt inner frame. Attached to the top is gilt acorn with a ring to facilitate hanging. It is glazed with convex glass.
