White metal commemorative portrait medal 1967 with half length image of John Wesley looking 3/4 front left in the manner of George Romney (1734-1802) portrait (1789) reversed. Wesley is wearing a cassock and gown with preaching bands coming from the top of a cravat. Inscription on obverse in relief in a 3/4 circle around Wesley's image " John Wesley 1703- 1791 On the reverse is a central inscription " The Methodist Church Sierra Leone"
