Round plate with alternate small and large wavy edge. The edge is painted gold with an inner green band highlighted with a thin gold line and green floral designs. The inner side of the plate is decorated with red roses and there are three lithograph prints, sepia lithograph portraits of Hugh Bourne and William Clowes and a lithograph of Mow Cop Hill top.There are inscriptions under each image.
