Earthenware figure of John Wesley. The hair is styled in a single roll at each side Extending from this and at the back there is a roll resting on the shoulders and coloured grey. The face is flesh coloured, the pupils are black, the eyebrows are grey. The cheeks are reddish pink and lips are dark red. The black cassock reaches down to the shoes. The legs have white stockings and the shoes are black. The right hand is flesh coloured and points forward and the left hand is held forward and open. The shirt cuffs are white and the cassock cuffs black. The base is round and painted with a gold line.
