Pearlware oblong portrait plaque of John Wesley in the manner of Richard Arnold (1788-1791). Wesley is sitting at a table in a lib'y facing3/4 right. His right index finger is pointing to an open page. His left hand is holding open the book(Bible). There is a border decoration painted black with traces of gold highlighting. There is an integral 3 stepped picture frame.
