oak carver or elbow dining chair made in oak and elm

The frame of the chair has a top rail and an horizontal splat with open sections at each end which is positioned half way down the back. The arms are slightly curved and mounted on turned supports. The seat is elm and wider at the front. There are 4 square tapering legs and 4 box stretchers attached half way down the legs. The joints are mortice and tenon.
