Make an Elderberry Shrub
Join Miss Trenholme in our historic kitchens to make your own fruit shrub. Help gather your elderberries from our garden and make the first stage, then watch a live demonstration to show you how to finish your recipe at home. Take home ingredients and instructions will be given. Sessions at 11am and 1pm - included in your admission ticket -£4. Bring your own large lidded jar.
