Join Miss Trenholme in our historic kitchens to make your own fruit shrub. Help gather your elderberries from our garden and make the first stage, then watch a live demonstration to show you how to finish your recipe at home. Take home ingredients and instructions will be given. Sessions at 11am and 1pm – included in your admission ticket -£4. Bring your own large lidded jar.
