In a Primitive Physick Garden

Join us as we we reach our half way stage to redevelop our Physick Garden. Working with our team of enthusiastic Garden Volunteers, we are making great progress on our project funded by the Royal Society and this event is a great opportunity to share everything we have achieved over the past few months, and our plans for the future.

Our day will also include planting activities for children, plus tours of the garden and have-a-go foraging.

Plus, Sue Hollingworth & Caroline Clemmow will be presenting “A Physick Garden in Music and Verse” as they explore the various treatments contained with John Wesley’s volume, first published in 1747.
